How to use EASY
If you are having difficulty accessing or using any aspect of the EASY system you should refer to the Frequently Asked Questions article, or the EASY Documentation which can be found in the links at the top right of any EASY page.
Where you cannot find the answer you are looking for, you should get in touch with the Financial Systems Support Team who will assist you with system issues.
Queries regarding individual expense claims should be submitted by email to the payroll team at lnwh-tr.payrollexpenses@nhs.net

Where you are having a problem accessing or using the EASY system, and you have not found an answer in the Frequently Asked Questions article or the EASY Documentation, you should use the following contact details to get in touch with your Financial Systems Support Team
Raising a Support Request
You can raise a support request by going to the portal web address below. Remember to include your assignment number, your department and a screenshot of any error messages that you get. This will help your system support team find you and diagnose the problem.
Please note that you will need to use Google Chrome to raise a support request through the Digital Services portal.

This takes you to the main ICT portal login page. Login, click on the Software and Systems icon and then select the Financial Systems icon. From there you can choose to log a new Finance Systems call.
Reporting a problem or error with EASY
If you have encountered a problem or an error with the EASY system you should report this to the Financial Systems Support Team using the contact details above.
Any information or screen shots that you can provide leading up to the problem being encountered would be very helpful.
